Simple 3 Step Process - Move to Professional Grade Email Today
1. Login to your adminstrative control panel and create user
email accounts.
(Accounts must be created prior to setting up
Outlook.)
2. Setup Outlook.
- Download and install Outlook
AutoConnect Configuration Wizard. Take all defaults during the installation. During the login
prompt, login with your full email address (username@domain.com).

3. Configure domain records.**
With Spam Filtering:

Primary: yourdomain-com.relay1a.spamh.com |
 |
Secondary: yourdomain-com.relay1b.spamh.com |
 |
Tertiary: yourdomain-com.relay1c.spamh.com |
Without Spam Filtering:
 |
Primary: mx10.MyOutlookOnline.com |
 |
Secondary: mx11.MyOutlookOnline.com |
You can now access your email via Outlook 2010 or the web (webmail.yourdomain.com). To add
additional accounts, repeat steps 1 and 2 for each new user.
NOTE: If at all possible, complete steps 1 - 3 in a single day, and change the
domain records at the end of the day. This will minimize email downtime and routing errors.
